The word "zodiac" translates literally to "circle of life" because as the ancients observed the path of the sun it appeared to trace out a huge circle in the sky. The zodiac is a thin band of the sky on either side of that ecliptic and was a way for our ancestors to track time.
Eventually very specific energy patterns and modes of expression became associated with each sign.
All of these zodiac designs have 4 thread colors, fit in your 4" by 4" hoop and a pdf-formatted thread chart for each sign is included.
