If you order two or more designs and elect to download or email them all at once our system gathers up the zipped designs and zips them up into a main folder. That is: zipped folders within a zipped folder.
You will need to unzip the main folder and then individually unzip (extract) the zipped design folders and thread charts before you can work with the embroidery design file or its thread chart.
Unzipping is a snap because the built in extracting utility in Windows operating systems means you can manage your zipped folders quickly and easily without purchasing any other software.
There are many ways to extract files in Windows. The video below shows one of the quickest and easiest.
