Privacy Statement

Your privacy is extremely important to Windstar Embroidery Designs. We use the information you provide lawfully and ethically. We are the sole owner of the information and will not sell, trade, rent or give away your details to any third parties unless we have your consent or are required to do so by law.


When you place an order with you'll provide your contact information, credit card number and its expiration date. This information is for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have a question while processing your order, your contact information is used to get in touch with you.
Windstar Embroidery Designs and protects the security of personal information you transmit by using TLS v1.2 software, which encrypts the information you input. When you buy a design from us your credit card information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase is sent via TLS v1.2 to your credit card company to verify and authorize the purchase.
We do not store, have access to or ever see your credit card information.

Direct Marketing

When you make a purchase your email address is added to our email list.
Unsubscribe information is available in every marketing email you receive from us.
We are the sole owner of our email lists and will not sell, trade, rent or give away your email address or any of your information to anyone.

Marketing & Analysis

In order to monitor and improve, information is gathered about your visit - including your operating system, browser version, IP address and which pages you visit. This information is automatically collected and logged when you initiate your visit and cannot be used to identify you.

Online Shopping
